Work remotely from any city in Greece: Athens Thessaloniki an island town or wherever feels like home.

Youll be a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand helping business customers by phone and email:

• Basic troubleshooting for users
• Opening and escalating tickets to Tier 2
• Working in CRM tools (Siebel ServiceNow)

Youll join a global team with a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months.

• Native or C1 Portuguese
• B2 English
• Excellent written communication and solid PC skills
• Strong soft skills
• Customer support experience is a plus but not required
• EU candidates only

• Monday to Friday within a 09:0020:00 operating window
• Initial 8-month contract with potential for extension
