The person analyses client needs and campaign performance recommends relevant advertising solutions manages commercial relationships and identifies opportunities for optimisation and revenue growth. The role combines sales expertise digital marketing knowledge and strong relationship-building skills in a target-driven environment.

Day to day that means this is a consultative digital sales role focused on managing business clients and agency partners and helping them improve the results of their advertising activities. • Ability to discuss advertising performance and metrics including ROAS
• Good understanding of digital marketing online advertising and campaign performance
• Strong track record of working towards sales and revenue targets
• Proven experience in consultative or needs-based selling
• Fluent English (B2 minimum)
• Native or near-native Italian
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
