People & Culture Lead (maternity cover)

Reports to: Regional P&C Manager

Purpose of the Role:Support the effective execution of People & Culture processes and initiatives in the SEE region ensuring smooth daytoday HR operations and a positive employee experience.

• Manage employee benefits administration
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job ad creation CV screening interviews and candidate evaluation)
• Coordinate onboarding activities ensuring a smooth and structured integration of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Analyze P&C data and contribute to reporting and insights
• Support the development and continuous improvement of P&C policies and procedures
• Ensure proper implementation of central and regional P&C policies within the local scope
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers providing guidance on P&C processes
• Support employee lifecycle processes including employee changes and offboarding activities

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology Social Science Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms (e.g. SAP Success Factors)
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
