We are experts on Digital Transformation Solutions Custom Applications Development & Application Modernization IoT and ML/AI solutions Design and Implementation of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud solutions together with Multi-Cloud Integration.

We are seeking to hire a detail-driven Payroll and HR Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and HR administration for our Greek workforce. The role combines payroll execution contract management employee benefits administration and compliance with Greek labour legislation supporting a growing IT organization of 200 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage and execute monthly payroll processing for all Greek-based employees ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Greek labour law tax regulations and social security requirements.
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g. labour lawyer) to ensure full legal compliance.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support finance reconciliation in collaboration with the CFO.
  • Manage ERGANI II and provide guidance to employees and contractors on payroll local labour rules policies.

Contracts Management (Employees & Contractors)

  • Draft review and manage employment contracts amendments and terminations.
  • Prepare and manage contractor agreements ensuring compliance with tax/VAT regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for contractors regarding VAT withholding taxes and invoicing requirements.

Leave & HR Policies

  • Own and manage the leave of absence system/tool ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop update and communicate leave policies in line with company needs and legal requirements.
  • Support broader HR policy updates and documentation where required.

Benefits & Compensation Administration

  • Administer all employee benefits including:
    • Ticket restaurant / meal vouchers
    • Fuel allowance/ expense reimbursements
  • Ensure accurate tracking reporting and communication related to benefits programs.

Bonus & Reward Schemes

  • Support the design and implementation of bonus schemes and incentive programs.
  • Draft bonus policies and coordinate roll-out in collaboration with the CFO and HR Director.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR Finance Business Administration or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in payroll and HR administration ideally within a fast-paced or IT environment or in a consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour law payroll practices and tax/VAT regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS tools specifically experience with Epsilon Net Pylon HRMS ERGANI and time and attendance tools.
  • Experience managing contractor agreements and invoicing is highly desirable.
