What youll do Handle inbound calls and emails from customers Provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance for appliances Assist with setup programming and usage questions Arrange service appointments with technicians Help customers find and order spare parts Use video calls and remote diagnostic tools for advanced support Coordinate on-site technician visits when remote solutions arent enough
What were looking for Native or C1 Norwegian English B2 for training Contact center experience is a plus (mandatory only for Remote Assistance roles) Strong PC skills Basic technical/mechanical understanding Calm communication and problem-solving skills
