Norwegian-Speaking Customer Expert Greece
Ready for an international career in customer experience
Cross Border Talents is looking for Norwegian-speaking professionals to support customers across streaming e-commerce fintech online delivery and premium technology services.
What youll do:
- Support customers via phone chat and email
- Help with accounts subscriptions orders deliveries and payments
- Troubleshoot products and online services
- Resolve issues while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Native-level or C1 Norwegian
- B2 English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not always required
Athens Thessaloniki or Chania Greece
On-site or remote depending on the opening
Full-time schedules depending on the team
Relocation support is available for eligible positions.
