We are looking for New Cars Logistics Specialist for our brands based in Kifissia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor orders throughout the entire process from order entry through to final delivery.

• Review verify and process order invoicing.

• Coordinate vehicle transportation and delivery processes with external partners and logistics providers.

• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Provide support to the partner network regarding orders vehicle availability and delivery schedules.

• Review and manage all necessary transportation delivery and order-related documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that relevant systems are kept up to date.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics order management or a similar role preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong organizational time-management and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and familiarity with ERP/logistics systems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.

• Good understanding of logistics transportation and vehicle delivery processes.

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

• Proactive team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

• Previous experience in vehicle logistics and a valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
