We are looking for New Cars Logistics Specialist for our brands based in Kifissia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor orders throughout the entire process from order entry through to final delivery.
Review verify and process order invoicing.
Coordinate vehicle transportation and delivery processes with external partners and logistics providers.
Monitor deliveries and ensure timely and efficient execution.
Provide support to the partner network regarding orders vehicle availability and delivery schedules.
Review and manage all necessary transportation delivery and order-related documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure that relevant systems are kept up to date.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
More than 3 years of experience in logistics order management or a similar role preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong organizational time-management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and familiarity with ERP/logistics systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Good understanding of logistics transportation and vehicle delivery processes.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Proactive team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience in vehicle logistics and a valid driving license will be considered an advantage.
