KIABI is Frances leading prêt-à-porter retailer with over 10000 employees of 60 different nationalities. Established in 1978 in the North of France KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family a concept which had never been seen before.

As a symbol of simplicity universality and joy of living KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.

Role purpose

As a Visual Merchandiser at Hudson you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic appeal and brand representation within our retail spaces. With store responsibility your focus will be on ensuring timely proper and on-brand execution of visual merchandising (VM) guidelines in your store.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Take ownership of their assigned store for visual merchandising execution.
  • Ensure timely proper and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across your stores.
  • Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive representation of the brand across all visual merchandising elements.
  • Align store layouts with brand aesthetics to create a compelling shopping experience.
  • Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand performance


Core competencies knowledge and experience

  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training and developing store visual merchandising teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Fluency in Greek and English language
