CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a healthcare technology project based in Athens Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional support team helping customers use innovative medical devices safely and effectively. You will provide guidance on product operation troubleshoot technical issues and ensure every interaction is handled with accuracy empathy and care.

Your Role

• Provide customer and technical support via phone chat and email
• Assist customers with product operation specifications warranties and accessories
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and guide users through appropriate solutions
• Handle complaints and technical inquiries in a calm and professional manner
• Accurately document all customer interactions and case details
• Follow established compliance quality and support procedures
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Deliver a reliable and customer-focused experience across every interaction

Your Profile

• Fluency in Italian at C1 level
• Good command of English at B2 level
• High
• School
• Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow structured procedures
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and communication channels
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Valid eligibility to work in Greece Greek tax and social security registration required for employment
