CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Italian-speaking Customer Support Experts for a major global logistics and shipping this role you will assist customers via phone email and back-office channels supporting them with deliveries shipment tracking billing claims technical enquiries and other logistics-related requests.

• Provide professional customer support via phone email and back-office channels
• Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests
• Support customers with shipment tracking and trace enquiries
• Handle basic and more complex claims-related requests
• Assist with billing invoices and pricing enquiries
• Provide first-level technical support for customer-facing systems
• Support customers with account setup onboarding and general service questions
• Handle customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions
• Escalate unresolved or more complex cases according to established procedures
• Maintain high levels of empathy ownership and efficiency during every interaction

• Italian at C1 level or higher
• English at B2 level or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset
• Good computer skills and confidence working with different digital systems
• Ability to navigate multiple tools while assisting customers
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
• Empathetic responsible and attentive to detail
• Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a structured performance-driven customer service environment

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.

• 2 weeks hotel flight paid real estate agency support to find place to stay

• Info document in shared drive - candidate also needs to do TPGR Specific test also check in the drive. Transportation bonus up to 100.00 per month proportional to days worked per month on premises after the completion of training
• Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 21:00
