Italian-Speaking Customer Support Agent Athens Greece
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer service via inbound phone chat and email.
Location: Athens Greece
Work Model: Remote / Work from Home
Languages: Italian English (B2 level)
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and requests.
- Help customers find products and make purchasing decisions.
- Provide after-sales support including resolving delivery issues.
- Process returns cancellations and other customer requests.
- Deliver professional and friendly support.
Requirements:
- Italian language proficiency.
- English level B2.
- Relatively advanced PC/computer skills.
- No prior experience required full training will be provided.
