Inside Sales Representative (German)

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Athens Greece

Work model: Hybrid (4 days on site 1 day from home)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals products and services while identifying upsell opportunities

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory

• Provide accurate weekly monthly and quarterly sales forecasts

• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion

• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption

• Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities

• Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business

• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native German (C2)

• Fluent English (C1 minimum)

• Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets

• Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools CRM systems technology and data

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
