Inside Sales Representative – German

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Representative. You will support business customers of a global technology hardware brand from first contact to closed deal. As a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative you will grow revenue with existing and new business customers.

• Achieve revenue targets by selling products services and renewals to business customers
• Handle a high volume of customer contacts by phone and email most communication is outbound
• Understand customers' business and IT needs and propose suitable solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding after purchase and promote adoption
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM

• Native or near-native German (C2) and fluent English (C1) spoken and written
• Proven inside-sales or outbound-sales experience with consistent target achievement
• Strong communication negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Confident use of CRM tools

• Salary: 1350 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Performance bonus: 250 gross per month at 100% target achievement (paid quarterly)
• Welcome bonus: 100 gross per month for the first 6 months
• Project bonus: 100 gross per month
