Lets start with the role
The Gaming & Rewards division oversees all aspects of gaming including casino online casino and virtuals as well as rewards such as bonuses tokens game mechanics and communications. This division plays a pivotal role in enhancing user engagement and contributes to over half of the companys total revenue.
As a Group Product Manager you will be instrumental in shaping the product development strategy for this vertical. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of new products and driving the growth of existing ones. You will serve as a mentor and guide for Product Managers and Principal Product Managers and collaborate with your peers from other verticals as well as key stakeholders such as Commercial CRM Technology and Compliance.
- Define the strategic vision for your product domain by setting clear objectives and developing a product roadmap that aligns with the Gaming & Rewards strategy and the companys overall business goals. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead the design and delivery of innovative Gaming & Rewards features promotions and experiences ensuring they meet customer needs while driving engagement and commercial performance.Gaming & Rewards Feature Development
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends customer behaviours and emerging opportunities leveraging data-driven insights to continuously enhance the product offering and deliver best-in-class player experiences. Market Research & Analysis
- Gather and leverage customerinsightsbyanalysing player feedback and behavioural data to continuously improve the rewards proposition optimise the user experience and inform product decisions. Customer Insights
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your product domain using performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous optimisation. Performance Monitoring
- Ensure regulatory compliance by keeping up to date with relevant gambling regulations and ensuring all Gaming & Rewards features promotions and reward mechanics adhere to applicable legal and compliance requirements.Compliance & Regulation
- Engage and influence stakeholders by effectively communicating the product strategy roadmap progress and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders building alignment and support across the organisation. Stakeholder Management
- Lead mentor and develop your team fostering the growth of Product Managers Product Owners and Product Analysts by providing coaching enabling informed decision-making and driving high-performing empowered product teams.People Growth
What youll bring
- 5 years of experience with a successful track record in product management utilizing best practices tools and techniques;
- In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle agile and lean methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions;
- Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships;
- Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in English;
- Exposure to the betting industry and/or a CRM-related field will be a plus.
