PwC Greeces Governance Risk Compliance & Internal Audit (GRC & IA) practice is at the centre of that shift. We design the frameworks that Boards approve the methodologies that regulators scrutinise and the risk intelligence that leadership acts on.

We are expanding our Risk Management capability and we are looking for a Senior Associate who wants to join our team and grow into a specialist voice in the market with a primary focus on Risk Management Advisory.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines risk management knowledge strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of workstreams coach junior team members and deliver quality client outcomes in a dynamic environment.

You will work on engagements that matter and reshape how an organisation understands and manages its risks such as:

• Designandevolveriskframeworks:EnterpriseRiskManagementrisktaxonomiesriskappetitestatementsandcascadinglimits KRI/KPIlibrariesenterpriseriskregisters and RCSAmethodologies
• Interpretregulationintoaction:translateevolvingrequirementsfromEU andinternationalregulatorsintopracticalframeworkscontrols andremediationroadmaps
• Supportriskactivitiesacrosstheentirespectrumcontributingtomethodologydesigndatapreparationandanalysis andresultsdocumentation
• Reviewdraftingandenhancementofpoliciesandproceduresthroughtheidentificationofobservationsrootcausesandpracticalrecommendationsforclients
• Takeownershipofworkstreamswithinengagementsplanningtimelinestrackingprogress andcoordinatingwithManagersondeliveryrisksandsolutions
• Preparehigh-qualityclientdeliverablesensuringaccuracyclarity andcommercialimpact
• Contributetobusinessdevelopmentthroughresearchproposalsupportthoughtleadership andinternalsolutionplaybooks

What you bring matters

• 35 years of experience in risk management internal audit or risk advisory in a Big 4 consulting or industry role
• Demonstrated ability to design or assess risk frameworks controls or audit programmes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to break down complex problems interpret data and generate insight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering Business Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline
