• Understand customer needs and provide accurate practical and timely solutions.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally empathetically and with a problem-solving approach.
• Accurately document customer interactions requests and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform travel services policies and procedures through regular training.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive customer journey by maintaining high standards of service quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
