CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth positive experience for end users.

Day to day that means act as the first point of contact for customers via phone email and chat handle inquiries related to services billing contracts and general account support troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution clearly explain products services and procedures in a customer-friendly way resolve complaints professionally ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution accurately document all interactions in internal systems and follow established processes quality standards and data protection guidelines.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment
• Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-focused approach
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an advantage
• English at B2 level for training and internal communication
• German (spoken and written)
