German-speaking Travel Support Agent

Location: Thessaloniki Greece

Work Model: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts

Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 00:00

We are looking for a German-speaking Travel Support Agent to join an international team supporting customers of a leading online travel this role you will assist travellers and partners with bookings reservations payments and general travel-related inquiries.

Provide customer support via phone email and messaging channels

Assist with booking modifications cancellations and refund requests

Handle account reservation and payment-related inquiries

Support both customers and business partners with travel-related requests

Deliver support primarily in German with occasional support in English

Fluent German (C1)

Good English communication skills (B2)

Previous customer service contact center hospitality or travel industry experience is an advantage

EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization required
