What Youll Be Doing
Expert Support: Deliver expert technical support and troubleshooting to customers in German.
Problem Solving: Use your communication and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Follow clear procedures while adapting to each unique case.
Shift Work: Work in shifts between 09:0021:00 Monday to Sunday.
Collaboration: Work within an international team of professionals in a dynamic inclusive environment.
What You Bring
Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn new tools software and technical systems.
Soft Skills: Confidence empathy and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Flexibility: Ability to work full-time rotating shifts.
Location: Currently located in Greece (or willing to relocate).
