About the role

Join a fast-growing international team in sunny Athens as our next German-Speaking Customer Advisor. We support your move to Greece with a full relocation package or if youre already in the country you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece after onboarding.

Youll be the go-to contact for our German-speaking customers delivering top-tier support and creating real loyalty.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone email and chat
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally always putting the customer first
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases in coordination with internal teams
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM

What you bring

• Native or C1/C2 German written and spoken
• Good English skills (B2)
• Experience in customer service support or sales
• Strong communicator with a genuine service mindset
• EU work authorization or right to work in Greece
