German-Speaking Customer Advisor – – Athens, Greece

Day to day you will be handle customer interactions via phone email chat and back-office tasks provide accurate and timely information regarding customer inquiries deliver a high-quality customer experience with a professional and empathetic approach build trust with customers through clear and effective communication maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions follow internal procedures and ensure compliance especially when handling sensitive data and meet individual and team performance targets.

You will also handle collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

1400 base

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
