A German-speaking Customer Advisor for an international bank project with the employer supporting customers via phone and internal systems while delivering high-quality customer experience and issue resolution. Hours: MonSun rotational shifts between 09:0023:00

Your Profile
- Native/fluent German with good command in English
- Proven customer support or client-facing experience with strong call handling skills
- Excellent communication active listening and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using multiple systems with strong multitasking and time management skills.
