Job Summary

In this position you will represent a premier global online travel agency. Working entirely from home you will bridge the gap between international travelers and property hosts troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless vacation experiences.

Core Daily Operations

As a key member of our German-language support division you will manage incoming communications through phone calls emails and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will feature:

  • Booking & Itinerary Care: Assisting travelers with reservation management including handling new bookings alterations cancellations and unique accommodation requests.
  • Financial & Policy Assistance: Processing refunds addressing billing discrepancies and clarifying reservation terms with empathy and professionalism.
  • B2B Host Relations: Supporting property owners with platform troubleshooting pricing adjustments and real-time inventory management.
  • Digital Navigation Support: Helping users navigate the platforms website mobile app features and personal account configurations.
  • Information Logging: Documenting detailed accurate records of guest communications and resolutions within our internal CRM database.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an empathetic collaborative and digitally literate professional who is passionate about travel works well independently and thrives on solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual mastery of German (written and spoken) along with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communications and software navigation.
  • Right to Work: Possession of a valid EU passport or unrestricted legal authorization to work in Greece.
  • Technical Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple digital platforms searching databases and quickly adapting to new software.
  • Soft Skills: Active listening innate empathy and a strong desire to collaborate with a team.
  • Experience: Previous background in tourism hospitality front-desk operations or customer service is a plus but not required. We offer a comprehensive fully compensated virtual training program!

Compensation & Financial Benefits

We provide a stable legally fully compliant remuneration package tailored to reward your dedication:

  • Base Pay: 1380 Gross per month.
  • 14-Month Payment Structure: Adhering to Greek labor regulations your annual salary is paid out in 14 installments rather than 12 offering bonus payouts during Christmas Easter and the summer.
  • Performance Bonuses: Extra monthly incentives tied to service quality metrics and KPIs.
