In this role you will represent a prominent international digital travel platform. Operating entirely from your home office you will serve as the primary link between global vacationers and lodging hosts smoothing out issues and guaranteeing that every trip goes exactly as planned.

Everyday Operations

As a vital member of our German-speaking support group you will address incoming inquiries via telephone email and live web chat. Your daily workflow will center around:

  • Booking Adjustments: Guiding travelers through the reservation life cycle including finalizing new bookings modifying existing plans handling cancellations and documenting special accommodations.
  • Billing & Policy Support: Managing refund distributions resolving invoice discrepancies and explaining booking conditions using a warm empathetic and professional tone.
  • B2B Merchant Care: Partnering with property hosts to troubleshoot system errors adjust nightly rates and update real-time room availability.
  • Digital Troubleshooting: Navigating users through the platforms website layouts user profile settings and mobile application utilities.
  • Data Integrity: Logging precise comprehensive summaries of user interactions and solutions within our centralized CRM platform.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a compassionate team-minded and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about travel works well independently and remains composed in a fast-paced environment.

Core Criteria

  • Language Capabilities: Native or bilingual fluency in both written and spoken German coupled with a solid working knowledge of English (B2 level or above) for internal systems and company-wide communication.
  • Right to Work: A valid EU passport or unrestricted legal authorization to live and work in Greece.
  • Technical Adaptability: The capacity to multitask across multiple software systems cross-reference databases and rapidly learn proprietary digital tools.
  • Interpersonal Talents: Excellent active listening skills innate empathy and a strong desire to collaborate with others.
