In this role you will be the face of a premier international brand in the online travel and hospitality sector. Operating entirely from your home office you will serve as a dedicated coordinatorbridging the gap for travelers and property hosts as they navigate platform inquiries bookings and logistical details.
Daily Responsibilities
As a key contributor to our German-language support division you will manage incoming requests across telephone email and live chat channels. Your day-to-day priorities will include:
- Booking Coordination: Guiding German-speaking users through the reservation life cycle including handling new bookings modifications cancellations and unique accommodation requests.
- Billing & Policy Support: Addressing payment inquiries managing refund requests and clarifying platform regulations with a clear empathetic and patient approach.
- Partner Relations: Assisting property hosts with backend software troubleshooting rate adjustments and real-time room availability updates.
- User Interface Guidance: Helping customers seamlessly navigate digital dashboards website functionalities and mobile application features.
- Data Administration: Logging detailed and precise records of customer interaction histories within our internal CRM system.

Minimum Requirements
- Language Skills: High-level written and spoken fluency in German combined with a strong command of English (B2 level minimum) to comfortably navigate corporate databases and internal communications.
- Work Authorization: Possession of a valid EU passport or an active unrestricted legal right to work in Greece.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to comfortably multitask across various browser tabs absorb new software systems quickly and utilize standard office programs.
- Interpersonal Strengths: A naturally helpful disposition exceptional active listening skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Experience: A background in hospitality contact centers front desk services or tourism is an asset but not mandatory. We provide a comprehensive 100% paid virtual training program starting from day one!
Financial Compensation & Structure
We offer a competitive legally structured compensation package designed to provide financial security and reward top performance:
- Base Salary: 1380 Gross per month.
- 14-Month Pay Structure: Fully compliant with Greek labor laws your annual salary is distributed across 14 monthly payments instead of 12 providing extra payouts during the Christmas Easter and summer holiday seasons.
- Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI bonuses tied directly to service quality and individual performance metrics.
- Meal Allowance: Monthly food vouchers to assist with daily living expenses.
Relocation Package (For International Applicants Moving to Greece)
