We are looking for German speakers to provide high-quality customer service for Mercedes-Benz in Greece

Mercedes-Benz: global leader in car high-end design and manufacturing brands.

• General inquiries on car documentation (e.g. service history)
• Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
• Details on dealerships
• Warranty coverage
• Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
• Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
• Car app utilization questions and troubleshooting

• German proficiency is mandatory and fluent English
• Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Strong communication problem-solving and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Being passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
