As a Customer advisor you will handle inbound calls and assist customers with a range of banking-related inquiries. You will identify customer needs provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in every interaction. Key responsibilities : Manage incoming calls and provide clear efficient support identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate solutions and build trusted relationships through effective communication.

• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a commitment to service excellence
• Fast learner with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of MS Office is beneficial
• Previous experience in customer support or a client service role is a plus
• Strong communication skills including active listening and adaptability
• German language proficiency
