Job Summary

Day to day you will be act as the first point of contact for customers via phone email and chat handle inquiries related to services billing contracts and general account support troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution clearly explain products services and procedures in a customer-friendly way resolve complaints professionally ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution accurately document all interactions in internal systems and follow established processes quality standards and data protection guidelines.
You will also handle contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy clarity and professionalism.
1045.72 x 14 year
Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
