Job Summary
Join an international customer support team and help customers with payment cards transactions and account-related enquiries.
Your role
- Assist customers with card issues transactions and benefits.
- Provide support via phone chat and email.
- Record customer interactions and resolve enquiries efficiently.
What were looking for
- French C1 and English B1.
- At least 2 years of call centre experience.
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills.
- Financial services experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work remotely with rotating shifts including occasional nights and weekends.
