• Subscriber Support: Assist Finnish-speaking subscribers via live chat email and phone with inquiries regarding content availability release schedules and account settings.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Guide users through app navigation internet connectivity issues Smart TV configurations and digital streaming optimization across multiple devices.
  
• Subscription Management: Handle billing questions trial accounts plan upgrades payment updates and cancellation requests with professional clarity.
  
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent a household name in digital entertainment by maintaining a friendly enthusiastic and highly professional tone in every interaction.
  
• Feedback Loop: Document technical bugs app playback issues and localized translation errors in the CRM system to improve the platforms user interface.
  

• Language: Native or C2-level Finnish and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).
  
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
