In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven ExperiencedAssociateto join ourHRManaged Servicesteam inThessaloniki.
Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients ensuringaccurateandtimelyprocessing
Ensure compliance with Labor law socialsecurityand tax regulations
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from clients
Manage public authorities responsibilities and filings for the clients (ErganiIIplatformSepenet EFKATaxisnetetc.)
Prepare complex reports and other deliverables for our clients
Maintainaccurateemployee payroll records and data
Stay up to date with important matters and changespertaining toLabor Law matters payroll taxesetc
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Participate in internal committees toassistenhancement of operational mode
What you bring matters
At least one to two (1-2) years of professional experience in payroll processing or in a relevant role
BSc in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics HumanResourcesor relevant field
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with the ERGANIIIinformation systemand Digital Card regulations
Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Proficiencyin MS Office applications (Word ExcelPowerPointetc.)
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. SCAN) will be highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is needed
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
