Do you want to work as a Dutch-speaking Online Shopping Support Specialist in Greece Would you like to build an international career while helping customers of one of Europes leading online shopping platforms Our client is looking for motivated Dutch speakers to join their growing customer support team in Greece.
In this role you will support customers with questions related to online orders deliveries returns refunds payments and account access. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to help you start your new adventure abroad.

- Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and/or chat
- Assist with questions about online orders deliveries returns refunds and payments
- Help customers manage their accounts and resolve login or profile-related issues
- Provide information about products sellers order statuses and platform procedures
- Investigate missing delayed damaged or incorrect orders
- Guide customers through the online shopping platform and explain available features
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver accurate and customer-friendly solutions while maintaining high satisfaction
- Communicate clearly professionally and empathetically with customers
- Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service e-commerce retail or a service-related role is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable assisting customers through different communication channels
- Motivated reliable and eager to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
