Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Athens, Greece

Youll spend most of it on handle customer requests through email/ticketing inbound and outbound calls Live Chat and WhatsApp deliver warm empathetic and professional support to restaurant partners develop strong knowledge of the digital platform and its features to provide accurate technical assistance identify customer needs and provide clear efficient and timely solutions troubleshoot platform and product-related issues and manage a high volume of daily restaurant requests while maintaining service quality.

Less often youll also recognise the operational urgency of technical issues affecting restaurants during service periods identify complex technical bugs and escalate them to the appropriate teams handle and escalate complex billing-related enquiries when required and maintain clear and professional written communication across digital support channels.

Were looking for someone with dutch at C1 level both written and spoken english at B2 level or higher solid experience in customer relations customer support or hospitality environments strong customer orientation and a genuine understanding of the hospitality industry solution-driven and proactive approach with the ability to clearly guide customers towards a resolution strong active listening and contact-handling skills and excellent written communication skills for email and ticket-based support.

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
