Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Athens, Greece

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international customer service team in Athens Greece.

Location: Athens Greece
Work Model: Remote or On site
Languages: Dutch & English
Schedule: Monday to Sunday rotating schedule
Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 00:00
Gross Salary: 1500/month
Relocation Support: Available for candidates relocating from abroad

You will join an international customer service environment where you will support customers in Dutch and English and contribute to delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people communicating in an international environment and are interested in building their career in Greece.

• Fluent or native-level Dutch
• Fluent English
• Willingness to work on-site or remote in Athens
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule between 08:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday
• Candidates relocating from abroad must be able to arrive in Athens approximately 7 days before the starting date to complete hiring documentation
• Candidates relocating are expected to commit to working on-site for at least 3 months

For candidates relocating to Greece from abroad relocation assistance may include:

• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office
• Up to 300 relocation/flight reimbursement support provided with the first payment
• Legal support with the hiring documentation process

Please note that candidates are responsible for gathering and providing the required documents.

Flight booking airport pick-up and transportation from the airport to the hotel are not directly included in the relocation package.

Accommodation during the training period may also be available for eligible Dutch-speaking candidates who are not currently based in Athens.

For candidates already living in Greece relocation assistance is assessed individually.
