Job Summary
Were recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Athens Greece.
Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.
Work model: Remote.
Start date: 09/Oct/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.
Salary indicated per month.
In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.
Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
