Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor,

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and looking for an international role with flexibility to work remotely We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a leading international project in the travel & hospitality sector.

What youll do

• Help customers in Dutch and English by phone email and chat
• Resolve booking questions changes and issues quickly and accurately
• Deliver a friendly high-quality customer experience
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed

What you need

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 00:00
• Ability to travel to Athens Greece for onboarding
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
