About the Position

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert you will be the first point of contact for consumers and partners primarily handling after-sales inquiries via phone chat and email.

You will use various internal and external tools to resolve customer issues related to orders product details invoicing and complaints. The role may also involve handling escalated situations making strong problem-solving and communication skills essential.

You will have opportunities to develop your skills become cross-skilled across different communication channels and potentially progress into roles such as Mentor Trainer or Quality Assurance Specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone chat and email focusing on after-sales support.
  • Assist customers with order status product information invoicing and complaints.
  • Use multiple internal and external tools to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  • Participate actively in training and development programs.
  • Develop expertise across different communication channels and processes.
  • Work toward potential career progression into mentoring training or Quality Assurance roles.
Requirements
  • Native-level or C2 proficiency in Dutch.
  • B2 level proficiency in English for training purposes.
  • No previous experience required; experience in sales customer service or another customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Excellent stress tolerance and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong PC skills and confidence using different software tools.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
