About the Position

Join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Expert supporting business partners within the global airline industry.

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for travel agencies and corporate clients providing professional support primarily through email and phone. You will handle a wide range of inquiries from general travel-related questions to complex group support and special handling requests.

You will work across multiple queues tools and knowledge resources to provide accurate and timely solutions while independently managing your workload and following up on customer cases.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for business partners travel agencies and corporate clients.
  • Handle customer interactions primarily via email (80%) and phone (20%).
  • Provide support across various queues including Group Support Special Handling and general inquiries.
  • Assist with group quotes sales and service requests.
  • Handle special requests including medical requirements and manual refund inquiries.
  • Provide expert product information and guide clients on using web portals and services.
  • Process booking changes refunds and mileage-point registration.
  • Assist with service bookings ticketing and upgrade requests.
  • Support clients with travel requirements and name corrections.
  • Handle cancellations and special ticket requests.
  • Research complex cases using internal tools and the client knowledge base.
  • Manage individual workloads track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and meet established service-level requirements.
  • Deliver a high standard of professional and customer-focused service.
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch; C1 preferred.
  • B2 level proficiency in English for training internal communication and CRM systems.
  • College degree or high school diploma combined with at least 6 months of customer care experience.
  • Strong written communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Good PC skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail particularly when handling complex group support inquiries.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 100% accuracy.
  • Previous experience in the airline hospitality or travel industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with booking systems such as Amadeus is an additional advantage.
