Core Duties & Everyday Responsibilities
As a Remote Travel Coordinator your daily routine will consist of:
- Omnichannel Communication: Handling incoming client inquiries via phone email and live chat with polished professional fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Complex Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving intricate booking discrepancies and billing questions efficiently while maintaining a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Expert Advisory: Keeping up-to-date with global travel regulations and internal software systems to provide accurate top-tier guidance to travelers.
- Data Management: Logging all customer interactions meticulously in the company CRM to ensure comprehensive and precise history tracking.
- Performance Goals: Meeting personal productivity metrics while cooperating with a multicultural team to maintain high service standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Attributes
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced independent and digital work environment.
- Language Proficiency: C2-level (native or bilingual) mastery of Dutch paired with a solid command of business English (at least B2 level) for internal corporate communication.
