About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Care Advisors for a payments industry project in Athens Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and deliver premium support to business clients.

What youll do
  • Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds manual charges locating payments etc.). Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers. Update and maintain merchants information in the database. Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently. Provide clear accurate and professional communication to clients
What were looking for
  • Native or near-native
  • Dutch (C2) and fluent
  • English (C1). Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial inquiries. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to multitask meet targets and work effectively in a team. Comfortable working with numbers and data
Salary

1450 x 14

Greek contracts pay 14 salaries a year so the annual total is meaningfully higher than monthly 12.
