CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Care Advisors for a payments industry project in Athens Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and deliver premium support to business clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds manual charges locating payments etc.)
• Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers
• Update and maintain merchants information in the database
• Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently
• Provide clear accurate and professional communication to clients

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1)
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial inquiries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask meet targets and work effectively in a team
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
