Dutch-Speaking Agent

We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join a technical support team in Athens Greece.

In this role you will provide technical support and customer care to end-users through phone email and chat. You will assist customers with troubleshooting diagnosing technical issues and identifying the appropriate service or support required.

You will work with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and handle customer interactions across multiple support channels. The role also offers opportunities to develop your technical and customer service skills and progress into more specialized support or back-office positions.

• Provide technical support and customer care via phone email and chat.
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and diagnose technical problems.
• Assist customers with issues related to computers laptops tablets smartphones and other devices.
• Handle common technical issues such as power problems audio issues webcam problems and performance slowdowns.
• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and document solutions.
• Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently when required.
• Collaborate with technical and back-office teams when issues require escalation.

• Fluent or advanced Dutch (C1 level or equivalent).
• Good English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Strong PC knowledge and familiarity with computers laptops tablets and smartphones.
• Basic understanding of ISP-related processes including sign-up installation and connection.
• Experience with messaging and online support platforms.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
• Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required.
