About the Role We are looking for a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team in Athens. This on-site position involves assisting customers across multiple channels ensuring clear communication efficient problem resolution and a positive service experience.

• Provide customer support in Dutch and English
• Assist users via phone email and chat
• Handle inquiries troubleshooting and account-related questions
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a multicultural team environment

• 1500 gross monthly salary
• Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad
• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office
• Up to 300 relocation reimbursement (first payment)
• Legal support for hiring documentation (candidate must gather required documents)
• Flight reimbursement up to 300 gross (flight tickets and airport pick-up not included)
• Training accommodation available for Dutch candidates not currently residing in Athens
• For candidates already in Greece without work-from-home possibility support may be assessed case by case

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Fluent English
• Ability to be in Athens 7 days before the start date (if relocating)
• Commitment to work on-site for at least 3 months (unless already living in Greece with confirmed internet connection)
