We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Athens Greece. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support for a globally recognized technology brand assisting customers with product inquiries purchases and after-sales support.

What You Will Do
Support customers via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
Assist with product inquiries orders deliveries returns and account-related requests
Provide effective solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
Dutch communication skills required (C1 level or above)
Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
Good computer skills and ability to work with digital tools
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
