We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team helping travelers with bookings modifications and inquiriesall from the comfort of your home in Greece.

What Youll Do
- Assist travelers via phone email and chat with accommodation bookings updates and cancellations.
- Deliver friendly high-quality support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Log customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Work together with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests.
What You Bring
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and solid English (B2).
- Great communication skills empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable navigating multi-screen/multi-system environments.
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not requiredwe will train you!
