Digital Sales Representative – Polish

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens Greece and is hiring for the role of Digital Sales Representative. You will help advertisers choose set up and optimise digital advertising solutions. As a Polish-speaking Digital Sales Representative you will manage business clients and agency partners and help them improve their advertising results.

• Analyse client needs and campaign performance
• Recommend relevant advertising solutions and manage the commercial relationship
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and revenue growth
• Discuss advertising performance and metrics such as ROAS with clients
• Work towards sales and revenue targets

• Native or fluent Polish (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience
• Experience in consultative needs-based selling
• Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising including performance metrics such as ROAS

• Salary: 1200 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Project bonus: 450 gross per month
• Performance bonus: 250 gross per month
