Are you a results-driven relationship-builder with a passion for digital advertising Were looking for a Digital Account Manager to build strong client relationships drive advertising performance and unlock growth opportunities combining account management digital ad expertise and commercial focus to help clients hit their business goals.

Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to spot growth opportunities
Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement
Manage client communications resolve issues ensure high satisfaction
Research client objectives industry trends & market developments for strategic recommendations
Present tailored digital advertising solutions & optimization strategies
Identify upsell and performance improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline management forecasting & account documentation
Share insights and campaign performance feedback with internal teams
Resolve day-to-day challenges impacting campaign delivery or revenue
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue & performance targets

Native/fluent German (C1) fluent English (B2 minimum)
2 years experience in telesales inside sales outbound sales or account management
Proven track record managing client relationships & hitting sales targets
Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads (certifications a plus)
Experience with CRM systems Salesforce or Dynamics 365
Excellent communication presentation & stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Highly organized goal-oriented able to juggle multiple accounts
