• Deliver outstanding customer care via phone and email regarding hotel bookings flight itineraries and travel packages.
• Assist clients with changes to their reservations refunds and special travel requests.
• Troubleshoot real-time booking issues or cancellations calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting individual performance goals.

• Native or near-native fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Strong interest in hospitality travel geography or tourism services.
• Excellent communication multi-tasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current unrestricted work permit for Greece.
