Danish-speaking E-Commerce Customer Service Agent Remote Greece

Join an international e-commerce customer service team supporting customers with orders payments deliveries returns missing parcels and complaints via phone and email. No previous experience is required; retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage.

Key details: Remote anywhere in Greece 1300 gross/month Productivity bonus up to 200/month 400 gross/month accommodation bonus during the first year Rotating shifts 09:0021:00 Danish native/fluent English B2 Initial 8-month contract.
