Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Location: Greece Remote Work from Home
Are you fluent in Danish and looking for a remote opportunity in Greece Join our team as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Assist with inquiries regarding orders payments and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints related to missing parcels returns product issues and discount requests.
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Danish proficiency.
- C1-level English for training and internal communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- No previous experience required; retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts (12 per month).
- Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
- Fully remote work from home in Greece.
